At The Luxe Florist & Gifts, we take pride in delivering premium quality flowers and gifts. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

1. Returns

  • Flowers and perishable items are not eligible for return once delivered.
  • Non-perishable items (if any) may be considered for return only if unused and in original condition.

2. Refunds & Replacements

We may offer a replacement or partial/full refund under the following conditions:

  • Product delivered is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Order significantly differs from what was placed

👉 To request a refund or replacement, you must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof
  • Share your order details

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided
  • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
  • Delivery delays due to external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)
  • Minor variations in flowers, colors, or packaging due to seasonal availability

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not been processed or dispatched
  • Once the order is prepared or out for delivery, cancellation is not possible

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method
