At The Luxe Florist & Gifts, we take pride in delivering premium quality flowers and gifts. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
1. Returns
- Flowers and perishable items are not eligible for return once delivered.
- Non-perishable items (if any) may be considered for return only if unused and in original condition.
2. Refunds & Replacements
We may offer a replacement or partial/full refund under the following conditions:
- Product delivered is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Order significantly differs from what was placed
👉 To request a refund or replacement, you must:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos as proof
- Share your order details
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided
- Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
- Delivery delays due to external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)
- Minor variations in flowers, colors, or packaging due to seasonal availability
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not been processed or dispatched
- Once the order is prepared or out for delivery, cancellation is not possible
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method
